Drug‑Free, Wearable Relief for Musculoskeletal Pain & Recovery

Painmaster RX is a CE-marked Class I medical device designed to deliver low-intensity Microcurrent Electrical Therapy (MET) to support pain management and functional tissue recovery. Powered by a silent, self-contained battery system and using sub-sensory currents, it delivers continuous, passive therapy, wherever it's placed. Compact, discreet, and evidence-aligned, Painmaster RX bridges the gap between symptom relief and cellular restoration.

Description

Painmaster RX delivers Microcurrent Electrical Therapy (MET) via two adhesive electrode pads, placed over or around the pain site. Once applied, it delivers a continuous, sub-sensory electrical signal designed to support the body’s natural healing processes—without noise, sensation, or need for adjustment.

The device is:

  • Reusable across multiple sessions
  • Powered by an internal battery lasting 250–300 hours
  • Simple to operate — no buttons, screens, or programming
  • Compatible with replaceable pads (typically 10–15 uses per set)
  • CE-marked for musculoskeletal pain (Class I medical device)

It’s as simple as: stick, press, and go.

Mechanism of Action

Restoring Flow. Activating Repair.

When tissue is inflamed or damaged, local ATP levels decline, cellular resistance increases, and the body’s natural electrical signalling becomes disrupted—blocking oxygen, blood flow, and nutrient delivery.

Painmaster RX restores that flow by delivering sub-sensory microcurrent directly to affected tissues, rebalancing the local bioelectric environment and enabling repair to resume.

Supported Cellular Outcomes

Laboratory studies on MET have demonstrated:

  • Up to 500% increase in ATP production
  • Up to 70% increase in protein synthesis
Laboratory data shows microcurrent therapy can increase ATP production by up to 500%, alongside significant gains in protein synthesis and amino acid uptake. These changes support faster tissue repair, inflammation resolution, and cellular recovery at the pain site.

These mechanisms underlie Painmaster RX’s ability to go beyond short-term relief—offering support for longer-term tissue recovery and inflammation resolution.

Microcurrent therapy helps restore damaged or inflamed cells by triggering a cascade of biological effects: increased ATP, enhanced ion exchange, protein repair, and reduced cytokine activity. Painmaster uses this mechanism to go beyond symptom relief — promoting recovery at the cellular level.

Microcurrent vs TENS

Painmaster RX delivers continuous, sub-sensory microcurrent to support cellular recovery and inflammation resolution, unlike TENS, which uses noticeable pulses to temporarily block pain signals. This comparison highlights the key distinctions in purpose, sensation, and mechanism.
